Display Cases

Jim Plante, with a background in cabinet making, designs and produces each display case with the care, craftsmanship and attention to details of his ship models.

Each display case is custom built to not only protect the model (or any other collectable) but to also enhance the room that it will displayed in.

The materials used are the finest furniture grade hardwoods such as mahogany, cherry, white or red oak, maple and other quality wood. The glass for each case will be either plate glass, safety glass or acrylic depending on the size or application. With the corner treatment made in matching wood or solid brass, depending on the customer's preference, makes each display case truly unique and worthy of the object inside.
